Weak rates for pf-shell based on GXPF1J. Weak rates such as e-capture rates, beta+ -decay, beta-decay, and positron-capture rates in stellar environments, as well as neutrino (anti-neutrino) energy-loss and gamma-heating rates are tabulated. Screening effects of both electrons and ions are included. In the file "rate_obs_scr", experimental data such as excitation energies for excited states in both parent and daughter nuclei and B(GT) values, if available, are taken into account, similar to the case of the rates of LMP (Langanke and Martinez-Pinedo) based on KBF. In the file "rate_scr", pure theoretical values obtained with GXPF1J are used for the excitation energies for excited states in both parent and daughter nuclei and B(GT).
